Common questions

How do I get an account?

Lasivo is in early access and accounts are by invitation. If you were given an invite code, open Sign in, choose “Create an account” and enter the code.

Do I need to install Lasivo?

No. Lasivo works in your browser. On iPhone you can add it to the Home Screen (Share › Add to Home Screen); this is only needed for reminders.

What happens if I’m offline?

Today and History open from the copy saved on your device. Anything you record offline is marked “Not yet saved” and is sent when you reconnect. If the same dose was already recorded on another device, Lasivo tells you instead of recording it twice.

I recorded the wrong thing.

Tap Undo on the dose (Today) or in History. The dose becomes due again and its stock is restored exactly.

How do I get a copy of my data?

Settings › Your data › Download export. You can import the file again later (Settings › Your data).
